Penderyn Ex-Moscatel Single Cask Whisky M6 (700mL)A rare and extremely limited bottling from a single cask of the magnificent Penderyn Single Malt whisky distilled in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons in South Wales, matured in an ex Moscatel fortified wine cask. The sweet wine from the Muscat grape has left sweet fruit residue in the oak for the malt spirit to create rich fruit and complex woody notes of baked apple, toasted walnut and honeyed sweetness.

“clearach” (a high proof distillate) which is transferred to his humid cellar in Bouze-les-Beaune to be aged in small sherry casks that have been impregnated with 24 years ageing via traditional soleras
