Pride & Prejudice - Boxed KitI am so excited to release this design, it's my first ever collaboration with the Jane Austen Centre and have loved stitching this one up. This year is the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen's birth, and I'm so pleased to have created a design to mark the occasion. I am a massive fan of her books, and have read them several times over the years. Kit option contains: A counted cross stitch pattern in both colour and b w A choice of Zweigart fabric in

• 14ct Aida fabric (pale blue)

• Stitch count 124 x 96 (portrait orientation)

5 cm in size when constructed

• Uses 9 DMC colours

but you could stitch it on a pale blue or green too

so can't guarantee that it'll fit other branded 7 inch hoops

Here's a fun Summer style pattern perfect for stitching out in the fresh air and in the sunshine

The model was stitched on 32ct Zweigart Evenweave in cream (264) using two strands of DMC over two threads of Evenweave

It would make such a lovely decoration

with significantly less knotting and 'fluffing' than silk floss or filament
