When we asked the farmers to sort the beans into the different sorts, they said no! So as a friendly banter, we thought that was a bit lazy! But luckily enough, we now get to enjoy this fantastic chocolate with a mix of many different sorts. Our La Dalia 60 % is in the same series as La Dalia 70 %, La Dalia 85 % and La Dalia 100 %. The
